Following the first two episodes of The Mandalorian, Star Wars fans across the internet wondered why Disney didn’t produce merchandise of there “Baby Yoda” character. That thing would print money.
Obviously it was to preserve the surprise of the character, as every Star Wars fan knows that merchandise leaks in advance. But the good news is it’s on the way and it could be in stores as early as tomorrow according to a report on CNBC.
Apparel should be available via Amazon, Zazzle, Target, Kohl’s, Macy’s, Hot Topic and Box Lunch as soon as tomorrow. Toys will be coming before the holidays, but according to the report they will be doing pre-orders for the “Baby Yoda” plush toy. That thing is going to be the Tickle Me Elmo this year.
So that’s good news for everyone who questioned the logic of not having a toy of the character ready. They thought of it, and you’ll be able to get your own “Baby Yoda” just in time for Christmas…if you get that pre-order in.
