Disney+ has been revealing a few documentary series this month, which will begin airing in May, despite the coronavirus pandemic causing production to come to a halt on the original series everyone is waiting for. After “Prop Culture” which sounds really cool and will look at the props from several Disney classics, there’s now a Star Wars series coming on May 4th.
Disney announced Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian this morning:
“Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian is an opportunity for fans of the show to take a look inside and get to see a different perspective, and perhaps a greater understanding, of how The Mandalorian came together and some of the incredibly talented contributors throughout Season One,” said Favreau. “We had a great experience making the show and we’re looking forward to sharing it with you.”
Technically this is new Baby Yoda content as the show will obviously address the little guy who everyone loves. The series will debut on May 4th and then have a new episode every Friday. As it’s eight episodes that will go through May and June.
